WINNER OF THE HERITAGE STAMP COMPETITION ANNOUNCED
Students from all over the Fraser Valley submitted their original design for a Canadian stamp to our Heritage Stamp Competition during Heritage Week, February 16th - 22nd, 2009. Over 200 stamps were submitted to the MSA Museum, and we had the task of choosing a winner! It was a very difficult decision as so many of the designs were creative and insightful.
We are pleased to announce the 1st Place winner: Jinny Choi, Grade 3, who will be honoured by having her stamp design on all 132 t-shirts that will be worn by each student competing at this year's Fraser Valley Regional Historica Fair, hosted by the MSA Museum. Congratulations, Jinny!
